One Thousand Voices does not have a catalyst, but it does have its Impact and Range stats already maxed out. Like Vex Mythoclast, One Thousand Voices is a raid reward, but this Destiny 2 Exotic Fusion Rifle can only be earned by completing the Last Wish raid.

Its catalyst can be earned through Vanguard strikes, and occasionally Merciless is the featured weapon in the Twitch Prime rewards. Merciless can be earned through Exotic engrams wherever Exotic engrams are earned, be it through the Season Pass, the Exotic vendor Xur, in random activities a drop reward, or in Gambit, Crucible, and Vanguard rank rewards (after the first reset). Merciless may actually be the most common Fusion Rifle in Destiny 2, even though it's an Exotic weapon. Best Fusion Rifles in Destiny 2: Season of the Lost Both PLUG ONE.1 and Null Composure are Legendary Fusion Rifles, but they can keep pace with some Exotics without an Exotic intrinsic perk. One Thousand Voices is another Exotic Fusion Rifle, but it's the only Fusion Rifle that uses Power ammo in Destiny 2. Vex Mythoclast and Merciless are Exotics that both received individual buffs to their own stats, and buffs as part of the Fusion Rifle weapon type. The best Fusion Rifles in Destiny 2 Season of the Lost are the Vex Mythoclast, Null Composure, One Thousand Voices, PLUG ONE.1, and Merciless. Every tier level of perks requires a number of perks to be unlocked beforehand, and the Particle Deconstruction mod is in the final tier of artifact mods. To gain access to the Particle Deconstruction mod, Guardians will have to level up their Wayfinder's Compass Artifact 11 times.
Combined with the Particle Deconstruction Seasonal Artifact mod, Fusion Rifles in Season of the Lost are an absolute necessity for end-game content. A couple of Fusion Rifles received their own buffs at the beginning of Season of the Lost, while several Fusion Rifle archetypes received separate stat increases. Destiny 2's Fusion Rifles received a massive rework for Season of the Lost, and the best Fusion Rifles are a necessity for end-game content loadouts.
